We do share statistical information with other organizations as part of our marketing. These statistics will not include any personal identifying information. We collect this information by monitoring traffic on the site and by using anonymous data. We can then construct a specific interest group, which assists us in improving and marketing our site.

With respect to ad servers, we do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.

Security

All of the data that we collect from you on our site is protected against unauthorized access. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site. Further, although our site gathers credit card information, it does not actually store it in the database. Our servers have been verified by an outside agency to be PCI compliant, which requires that no credit card information is permanently stored on the server. So although we do have credit card information temporarily when the user submits it, that credit card information is then passed on to the credit card processing company and never stored in our databases.

Upon request, we will provide you access to information that we maintain about you. You can access this information by writing to us at the above address or emailing us. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include your invoice or the receipt for proof of purchase.

Service items
Service items, such as Gap Reviews and Risk Analysis Reviews cannot be refunded.

Refunds
Once the return is received we will notify you that a refund has been initiated to your credit card, this may take several days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping
You are responsible for shipping costs related to the returned item(s). Our original shipping costs to you are non-refundable, the refund will be for cost of product (s) only.
