Good news for those of you who have already qualified for Premium Membership. The Premium Membership portion of the Veterans Press website is almost ready to launch. We are in the last phase of ensuring the highest level of security.

I have already completed drafting a number of new policies that will be available for downloading from the new Premium section of the website. These policies will supplement those on my HIPAA Documents Resource Center CD, 4th ed.:

• Disclosure to law enforcement policy (with form to fill out when a request is received).
• Evaluation policy (covering the requirement to periodically update your risk analysis).
